    The Situation in Afghanistan

    Fighting has flared through Southern Afghanistan in recent days targeting government offices. Over 30 insurgent and police dead. Forces numbering 200+ on either side. US involvement.

    Meanwhile, British forces show apprehension upon entering the theater, and the despotic city-state of Kabul can't extend its influence out to help people in the hinterlands suffering through 2 weeks of snow and cold.
